The CamCAN Lifespan Neuroimaging Dataset was developed by the Cambridge Centre for Ageing and Neuroscience in the United Kingdom. It contains data from 619 healthy individuals aged 18 to 87 years. The dataset includes demographic and screening assessments, high-resolution brain MRI scans, and whole-brain magnetoencephalography (MEG) recordings during eyes-closed rest, simple cognitive tasks, and passive auditory and visual stimulation. Development of the dataset commenced in December 2016, and it was processed using the Judge Consensus Solver on the Open Science Grid. This dataset is primarily utilized for research on human brain function, particularly in the field of neuroscience, to advance the measurement and comprehension of brain electrical activity.
