Those are the viruses that cause COVID-19 downloaded on 1st Oct 2020. Three groups remained to date. One, on the left-hand side, has been expired. .png files are the scatter plot of the PC1,2 for samples.Excel files are the list of PC1-100 for samples in each continent. RightA.RData contains the axes and average data.sPCbaseSelect.xlsx is the PC for bases. R code.txt is the code and explanation. sample.fas and .txt are the sample for the alignment of DNA.Acknowledgement is that for GISAID for the usage of sample data. All the data can be downloaded from GISAID.本数据集收录了2020年10月1日下载的引发新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的病毒毒株。截至当前仅留存三个分组，其中左侧分组已失效。各文件的具体说明如下：后缀为.png的文件为样本的主成分1（Principal Component 1，PC1）与主成分2（Principal Component 2，PC2）散点图；Excel格式文件为各大洲样本的主成分1至主成分100（PC1-100）列表；RightA.RData文件包含坐标轴数据与平均数据集；sPCbaseSelect.xlsx文件为碱基位点对应的主成分数据；R code.txt文件包含分析代码及相关说明；sample.fas及配套.txt文件为DNA序列比对所用的样本数据。本数据集的样本数据使用已获得全球流感数据共享倡议（GISAID）的支持，所有数据均可从GISAID平台下载。
