The function of this record is to record hearings in relation to prisoners before the Visiting Justice to the Gaol. Information recorded includes the prisoner's name; Gaol (ie. prisoner) number; charge; name of the person bringing the charge; conviction or dismissal; sentence; whether cumulative or concurrent and signature of the Visiting Justice.
