The present application provides a method for manufacturing a blank for forming a packaging plywood sleeve for wrapping a package， the method comprising providing a plywood sheet having a thickness in the range of 0.1–2.0 mm and comprising at least two plies， and cutting at least one fold line to the plywood sheet by cutting through less than all plies of the plywood sheet. The present application also provides a blank for forming a packaging plywood sleeve， a method for manufacturing a packaging plywood sleeve and a packaging plywood sleeve.
