The Public Sector Contracts Register is the central official system of information on public procurement and, as such, the support for the knowledge, analysis and research of public procurement, for public procurement statistics, for the fulfilment of national and international obligations on public procurement information, for the communication of contract data to other administrative bodies, in accordance with the principle of transparency.公共部门合同登记册（Public Sector Contracts Register）是公共采购领域的中央官方信息系统，据此可为公共采购的认知、分析与研究提供支撑，服务于公共采购统计工作，满足国家及国际层面的公共采购信息披露义务，并可依据透明度原则向其他行政机构传递合同数据。
