Genome sequence of a single female individual from the Yoruba people of Nigeria.

We have generated paired-end sequence data covering the genome of an African female individual to a sequence depth of more than 30-fold using the Illumina Genome Analyzer II. This individual is a member of the population samples described in the PhaseI and PhaseII HapMap Projects and is from the Yoruba in Ibadan, Nigeria (abbreviation: YRI). The DNA identifier for this individual is NA18508. The invidual is a member of the trio Y009, from which we have also submitted data for NA18507 and NA18506
