Stakeholders of the coffee value chain, addressing households´ food insecurity and resilience to climate variation

The survey was a randomized household survey with a 90% confidence level and a 5% precision, stratified per elevation. The sampling included five cooperatives and 348 farm households (from a universe of 716 farming households), collecting data on coffee farmers’ livelihoods, poverty, food insecurity, and income distribution. The survey had conducted in the Ocotepeque and Copan states of Honduras between September and October 2019. The survey had supported by a technical assistant from each cooperative, who coordinated the appointments with farming households.本调查为按海拔分层的随机家庭抽样调查，置信水平为90%，抽样精度为5%。本次抽样覆盖5家合作社与348个农户（抽样总体为716个农户），采集内容涵盖咖啡种植农户的生计状况、贫困程度、粮食不安全状况以及收入分配情况。本调查于2019年9月至10月期间在洪都拉斯的奥科特佩克省（Ocotepeque）与科潘省（Copan）开展。本次调查得到各合作社指派的技术助理支持，由其负责协调与受访农户的会面事宜。
