Whole genome data for Synuchus cycloderus

The ground-dwelling beetle S. cycloderus is an autumn-breeding species distributed in a wide range of Japan (from Hokkaido to Kyushu) and the Korean Peninsula and China. It is one species of a dominant genus in warmer forests in Japan. This project aims to assemble the draft genome of S. cycloderus using both long read and short read data.
