Experimental Data Set

Using two sample method, quadrant and transect tapes. Using the quadrants we will take 5 samples in the forest and 5 in the grasslands. There we will determine the frequency of the plants found in the quadrants and their condition, any clusters they are in and the abundance of other plants around the. Using the transect tape, we will walk along 25 metres, 3 random times in both the forest and the grassland. The plant frequencies, their clusters, condition and the abundance of other plants will be recorded along with their condition. The results will then be compared to our past research.本研究采用两种采样方法：样方（quadrant）与样带卷尺（transect tape）。针对样方采样环节，我们将在森林与草原两类生境中各布设5个采样样方，用以测定样方内出现植物的频度、生长状态、所属集群分布类型，以及周边其他植物的多度水平。针对样带卷尺采样环节，我们将在森林与草原生境中各随机开展3次长度为25米的样带调查，同步记录沿途植物的频度、集群分布情况、生长状态，以及周边其他植物的多度水平。最终所得调查结果将与本团队既往的研究成果进行对比分析。
