TLPCorp: Turkish Legislative Proceedings Corpus

TLPCorp. includes parliamentary speeches from the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), and covers legislative terms 22-28 (years 2002-2026). TLPCorp. includes more than 1.4 million speeches scraped from the TBMM webpage with a rich meta data of 2257 unique speakers (legislators) covering the years between 2002 and 2026.TLPCorp. 收录土耳其大国民议会（Grand National Assembly of Türkiye，简称TBMM）的议会演说文本，涵盖第22至28届立法任期（2002年至2026年）。该语料库包含从TBMM官方网页爬取的超140万条演说，附带丰富的元数据（metadata），覆盖2257名独立发言者（议员），时间跨度为2002年至2026年。
