INPS pensions include the management of public employees (formerly Inpdap) and performing arts and professional sports workers (formerly Enpals). Pension income does not include care allowances paid by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, né pensions paid by the constitutional organs of the State (Parliament, Presidency of the Republic, etc.), né family allowances; on the other hand, it includes the other pension income of INPS pensioners, including the additional amount pursuant to Article 70 of Law No 388/2000 and the additional amount pursuant to Article 5 of Law No 127/2007.
