Data for: 'Detrimental effects of 2-arachidonoylglycerol on whole blood platelet aggregation and on cerebral blood flow after a focal ischemic insult in rats'

These data sets contain physiological parameters, brain injury measurements, microglial responses, platelet measurements and thrombi measurements in Excel format that was created for the purposes of establishing the effects of 2-arachidonoylglycerol on platelet aggregation cerebral ischaemia. Data sets generated from a Capacity Building Award (BB/E527071/1) from the Integrative Mammalian Biology initiative, funded by the BBSRC, BPS Integrative Pharmacology Fund (donors AstraZeneca, GSK and Pfizer), MRC, HEFCE, SFC and DBIS.
