Gallus gallus cecal tonsils' transcriptome

This project involves the analysis of 39 RNA-seq samples derived from adult cecal tonsils' tissues of Green-legged Partridge-Like chickens. These samples were collected as part of a three-generation experimental study, with samples obtained from three individuals in each group per generation.The F0 in ovo injections established three experimental groups in the F1 generation: (1) a control group, (2) a synbiotic group (SYN), and (3) a combined synbiotic and choline group. For the F2 and F3 generations, the SYN and SYNCH groups were each divided into two subgroups: (A) those injected solely in F0 (SYNs and SYNCHs) and (B) those injected in each generation (SYNr and SYNCHr).
