DREMECELS is a portal for the studies for DNA repair mechanisms in Colorectal Cancer, Endometrial Cancer and Lynch Syndrome. DREMECELS is the first database of this kind i.e. designed for the analysis of these two cancer types. It comprises of the information about Genetic Markers, Protein Markers, DNA Repair Mechanisms (Base Excision Repair,Mismatch Repair and Base Excision/Mismatch Repair), Transcription Factors, Annotations, Repair Pathways, Related Disorders and Diseases, Literature Search, Gene Interactions, Protein Structures, miRNA'S, Drug-Details, Conserved Domains, CNV (Copy Number variation), Somatic Mutations, Gene Ontologies (Biological Processes,Cellular Components and Molecular Functions). Multiple Sequence alignment has been performed to infer the conserved regions among the sequences.
