资源简介:

This dataset was collected to examine the mediating role of teachers' social identity perceptions in the relationship between their cultural value perceptions and organizational politics perceptions. The study was designed within an explanatory relational research model and conducted with 976 teachers working in public educational institutions in Düzce, Turkey. The data were collected through surveys during the 2021-2022 academic year, using the following measurement instruments: Individual Cultural Values Scale Perceived Organizational Politics Scale Teachers’ Social Identity Perception Scale For data analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling (SEM), and bootstrapping procedures were employed. The findings indicate that teachers' perceptions of individual cultural values significantly and negatively predict their perceptions of organizational politics, while positively predicting their perceptions of social identity. Additionally, social identity perceptions were found to negatively and significantly explain organizational politics perceptions. Moreover, social identity perceptions partially mediate the relationship between cultural value perceptions and organizational politics perceptions.
