Data are: GenBank accession numbers (GACs), collection localities (with coordinates and region code as used in Fig 1, e.g., FCP) and (Ref) source references (citations in italics refer to locality information only and not to the publication of the GAC; unpub, indicates unpublished data with locations drawn from isolate codes, specimen voucher numbers or details in the GenBank). Taxonomic nomenclature follows[9].
