Raw sequence reads of Sciatic nerve ligation and normal rats

In order to explore the expression and pathways of genes related to sciatic nerve ligation causing peripheral nerve pathological pain in rats,The male rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group only exposed the left sciatic nerve without ligation, and the CCI group anesthetized the rats, the left sciatic nerve was exposed by blunt separation muscle, and 4 sciatic nerves were ligated above the trigeminal branch of the nerve, with an interval of 1mm between each tract, and the length of the ligated nerve was 4-5mm. On the 14th postoperative day, rats are sacrificed and dorsal horn segments of the rat spinal cord are collected.
