George Richenberg PhD Thesis - Supplementary table 2.1: Associations between BMI germline PGS and TCGA UCEC tumour gene expression

This table presents the associations between BMI germline PGS and the tumour RNA-Seq-based expression levels of 18,458 genes across the genome in 349 TCGA UCEC cases with matched germline DNA-somatic RNA-Seq data. Associations were examined using multivariable linear regression, adjusted for age at diagnosis, cancer stage, microsatellite status, and 10 genetic ancestry principal components.
