Microsatellite-based genetic analysis of a wild Alpine bumblebee and the environmental drivers of its genetic diversity

This dataset provides microsatellite (SSR) genotyping data for 539 worker
individuals of the alpine bumblebee Bombus kashmirensis collected from 36
populations across Qinghai Province, China. The dataset includes three
files: (1) SSR_genotypes_Bombus_kashmirensis.xlsx, containing
fragment-length genotypes at multiple SSR loci; (2) SSR_markers_info.xlsx,
listing locus names, primer sequences, repeat motifs, annealing
temperatures, and allele size ranges; and (3) Sample_metadata.xlsx,
providing population codes, sampling site names, geographic coordinates,
and altitude information. All data are formatted in Microsoft Excel
(.xlsx). These data can be reused to investigate genetic diversity,
population structure, and environmental adaptation of B. kashmirensis or
related bumblebee species. No legal or ethical restrictions apply to the
reuse of these data.
