In order to screen safe and efficient strains of aerobic photosynthetic bacteria used in Eriocheir sinensis culture, a strain of aerobic photosynthetic bacteria SY5 with high carotenoid production was isolated from the sediment of culture pond, its drug resistance was determined, its virulence to Eriocheir sinensis and its resistance to Citrobacter freundii infection were analyzed, and the whole genome sequencing analysis was carried out.
