Dataset of AI literacy, Job Crafting, Job Insecurty, Employee's sustainable performance and Trait Competitiveness

This dataset presents the results of a survey of employees in Vietnam examining the impact of AI literacy on employees’ sustainable performance. The study is grounded in the Conservation of Resources theory and investigates the mediating roles of job crafting and job insecurity, as well as the moderating role of trait competitiveness. The dataset captures employees’ levels of AI literacy, their proactive job crafting behaviors, perceived job insecurity, and long term sustainable performance. It provides insights into the psychological and behavioral mechanisms through which AI literacy influences sustainable performance outcomes in an increasingly digital and technology driven workplace context.
