The Role of the Thymus in ALS development in a SOD1 ALS model

Study looking at the role of thymus biology in SOD1 ALS Overall design: Whole thymus and ingunial lymph node samples were collected at D120 in SOD and WT mice and processed for whole RNA-sequencing. For sorted cell populations, cells were sorted and then were subjected to RNA-sequencing. Finally, the same set of Tregulatory cells were placed in vitro and activated for a variety of lengths of time.
