To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Wellcome Sanger Institute, 25 species will have their genome sequenced. This will be the Sanger Institute’s pathfinder contribution towards the effort to sequence all life on earth. This study involves the generation of transcriptomic data from these species . The data will be used as evidence for gene finding and genome annotation. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
