Biochemical analysis (moisture and ash content, total nitrogen, total lipid, fatty acids) of unsorted mesopelagic catch from in the Northeast Atlantic@en

During three cruises in the Mid Atlantic Ridge area in 2016 and 2017, we collected samples of mesopelagic species down to a depth of 600 m and analysed the chemical composition of the catch samples. We present gross proximate composition (g /100 g fresh weight) and fatty acid composition (% of total fatty acids) in mesopelagic raw material samples (values are mean ± standard deviation of 2–4 samples).2016年至2017年间，我们在大西洋中脊（Mid Atlantic Ridge）海域开展了三次科考航次，采集了深度达600米的中层带海洋物种样本，并对捕捞获取的样本化学成分进行了分析。本研究给出了中层带海洋原料样本的常规近似组成（单位：g/100g鲜重）与脂肪酸组成（单位：%总脂肪酸），所有数值均为2至4份样本的平均值±标准差。
