XPlanung dataset BPL “Unterer Bifang (2nd change)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Unterer Bifang (2nd change)” of the city of Schönau in the Black Forest from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change of use, General residential area is partly mixed area.开发规划（BPL）包含针对城市规划执行的具有法律约束力的管控规定。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为黑森林地区舍瑙市基于XPlanung 5.0编制的《下比方（第二次修订版）》开发规划。数据说明：用地性质变更，原一般居住区部分地块调整为混合用途区域。
