Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Area of presumption of archaeological requirements

Pursuant to Article L. 522-5 of the Heritage Code and Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No 2004-490 of 3 June 2004 on administrative and financial procedures relating to preventive archaeology: ‘Areas of presumptive archaeological requirements’, in which development operations affecting the subsoil are presumed to be subject to archaeological requirements prior to their implementation, are carried over to a medium-scale cartographic background (Scan25) or large scale (cadastre) which is annexed to the prefectural zoning decree. This by-law may concern all or part of the territory of a municipality. For the same municipality, if more than one area is created, it is possible to make a global order or an order for each area (in particular in the case of amending decrees following archaeological discovery).依据《遗产法典》第L.522-5条，以及2004年6月3日第2004-490号《关于预防性考古行政与财务程序的政令》第4条、第5条：“推定考古需求区域”指涉及地下开发的作业在实施前推定需遵守考古相关要求的区域，此类区域将被绘制于附件于省级区划政令的中比例尺制图底图（Scan25）或大比例尺制图底图（地籍图（cadastre））。本政令可覆盖某一市镇的全部或部分管辖领土。针对同一市镇，若划定多个此类区域，既可发布整体适用命令，亦可针对每个区域单独发布命令（尤其适用于考古发现后修订政令的情形）。
