Data Dictionary

The provided data contains the following fields:

• id: Numeric row and person identifier – 1, 2, …, 3005 (numeric identifier)
• district: Numeric identifier for district – 1, 2, …, 12 (numeric identifier)
• date_interview: Date of interview (date YYYY/MM/DD)
• age_current: Age at time of interview in whole years (numeric)
• hiv_status: HIV status as per study testing (categorical – Negative / Positive / Indeterminate)
• hiv_sr_status: Self-reported HIV status (categorical – Self-report Negative / Self-report Positive / Unknown)
• hiv_date_prevtest: Self-reported date of previous HIV test (date YYYY/MM/DD)
• bm_vl: Viral load measurement in copies per ml as measured in the study; undetectable viral loads are recorded as ‘<’ and the lower limit of detection or ‘LDL’ (text)
• bm_lagodn: Limiting Antigen Assay measurement as measured in the study – in normalised Optical Density (ODn) units (numeric)
• client_violence: Indicator of self-reported client violence in the last year – 1 if present, 0 if absent (binary indicator)

Missing values are recorded as ‘NA’.
