This dataset contains data identifying fish eggs obtained from oceanographic cruises in West Florida from 2019-09-11 to 2019-09-24 with sequences of the mitochondrial gene. Fish eggs identified using DNA barcoding. This dataset will help in the identification of spawning sites.本数据集收录了2019年9月11日至2019年9月24日期间，于西佛罗里达海域通过海洋考察航次获取的鱼卵鉴定数据，附带线粒体基因（mitochondrial gene）序列信息。所有鱼卵样本均通过DNA条形码（DNA barcoding）技术完成物种鉴定。本数据集可为产卵场鉴定工作提供有力支撑。
