Mechanisms of diosmetin in overcoming cisplatin resistance: RNA-Seq of SKOV3/DDP cells

This project aims to investigate the transcriptomic mechanisms by which the natural flavonoid diosmetin overcomes cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer. Using the cisplatin-resistant human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3/DDP, we performed RNA sequencing to compare the global gene expression profiles between diosmetin-treated and untreated cells. The goal is to identify key signaling pathways, potential drug targets, and molecular insights that contribute to reversing chemoresistance, which may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for refractory ovarian cancer
