资源简介:

This archive provides the data, code, figures, logs, and reproduction files supporting the manuscript entitled “Boundary-Domain Selection Mechanism for Hopf Bifurcation in a Delayed Nonlocal Transport Model with Danckwerts Flux,” submitted to Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation. This updated version aligns the Zenodo data-code archive with the final CNSNS submission package. In particular, the top-level manuscript figures Fig1.pdf–Fig7.pdf have been reordered and checked so that their numbering matches the final submitted manuscript. A manuscript-figure map is included to avoid ambiguity between the submitted article, the Online Resource, and the deposited data-code archive. The CSV file script_to_result_matrix.csv has also been normalized as a strict CSV file for robust parsing. The archive contains Python scripts, CSV outputs, figure files, auxiliary tables, reproduction logs, environment and license files, static-source SHA256 manifests, and a script-to-result matrix. These files support the boundary-domain selection mechanism, wrong-base rejection audit, finite-grid Hopf branch-selection workflow, locally reoptimized threshold verification, directed-rounding scalar interval audit, h-weighted first Lyapunov coefficient sign check, flux-strength continuation, critical-mode phase portrait, full-state simulation envelope, and IMEX near-threshold simulation diagnostics. Important scope note: the interval and directed-rounding files certify finite-grid scalar signs and residual inequalities for the recorded semidiscrete boxes. They are not presented as a complete continuous-PDE interval proof. The continuous PDE-level lifting requirements are stated separately in the manuscript. Code files are released under the MIT License. Data files, figures, CSV outputs, tables, and documentation are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
