RNA Sequence Analysis of Postnatal Day 7 dental pulp from Osterix-Cre control and Osterix-Cre:Tgfbr2f/f mice mandibular first molars

Dental pulp was extracted from mandibular first molars of Osterix-Cre:Tgfbr2wt/wt and Osterix-Cre:Tgfbr2f/f pups on postnatal day 7. 1ng-limiting cell RNA Sequence analysis was performed on 4 samples from each genotype. Dental pulp tissue were harvested and RNA was isolated separately and analyzed for genetic alterations.于出生后第7天，从Osterix-Cre:Tgfbr2wt/wt与Osterix-Cre:Tgfbr2f/f两种基因型的幼鼠下颌第一磨牙中提取牙髓（dental pulp）。针对每种基因型各取4份样本，开展1纳克级限定量细胞RNA测序（1ng-limiting cell RNA Sequence）分析。收集牙髓组织后分别提取RNA，并对其遗传改变进行分析。
