Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the main grains in the world. Tillering is an important process in the growth and development of rice, and the number of tillering will directly affect the yield per unit area of rice. Alternative polyadenylation (APA) is an important post-transcriptional regulation of genes. In this study, RNA-Seq and Iso-seq combined with TMT proteomics were used to study the tiller axillary buds at different stages of Nipponbare. This study not only helps to clarify the molecular basis of rice tillers, but also has important significance for cultivating ideal rice.
