Effect of depletion of Fer on gene expression of BEAS-2B cells

To investigate the function Fer in the tumorigenesis, we established BEAS-2B cell lines in which Fer has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for BEAS-2B CTL cells and Fer KD cells.
