This provides complete replication data and code for all tables and figure in both the main manuscript and supplementary material. For replication, first run Stata code, then R code. ReplicationSteinwand&Reinsberg.do ReplicationSteinwand&Reinsberg.R Make sure to place all files in same folder on local machine and change path references in the code accordingly. For figure 4 also need to set stata.version and path to match current machine (line 441).
