Polysaccharides from the fruits of Lycium barbarum ameliorate high-fat and high-fructose diet-induced cognitive impairment via regulating blood glucose and mediating gut microbiota

In this study, HFFD diet was used to induce neuroinflammation in mice. LBPs intervention could improve cognitive impairment, regulate blood glucose homeostasis and regulate intestinal flora in mice, so as to further explore the effect of LBPs on improving neuroinflammation in mice.
