Generated using Strategy 2, based on 29 pseudo-bulks (by CellType×Condition). It contains 3382 events, with 2766 (81.8%) having at least one non-NA PSI value. The data has 3381 rows and 30 columns, where the first column is the event ID, and the remaining 29 columns are PSI values (float64) for different cell type and condition combinations (e.g., B_cell__HFD, B_cell__ND, etc.). Generated using OLego v1.1.2 and the Quantas pipeline, with event type as iret, strategy as s2, groups as 29, cells as 1279, and minimum coverage as 10. Suitable for splicing analysis and bioinformatics research.
