VPRS 18586 Transfer Register

This series comprises of registers relating to patient transfers from Larundel Hospital (VA 5082). In most cases patients were sent to the surgical units of hospitals, particularly Mont Park (VA 2846) and Kew (2840).The registers contain some or all of the following information:- date of reception- name of patient- gender- admission number- name of hospital- date of transfer to the hospital- the date on which the patient was due to return- the date of actual return- whether the stay was extended and- whether a patient was discharged or died whilst on transfer.
