The San Jacinto River is highly contaminated with toxic Dioxin-like Pollutants at the San Jacinto Waste Pits Superfund site in Harris County, Texas. Here, we report de novo whole-genome sequence of samples collected from San Jacinto Waste Pits Superfund. The draft genome of WGM-01 location site consists of a total of 54,079,367 sequences totaling 8,165,984,417 base pairs with an average length of 151 bps. Further investigation is needed to fully understand the mechanisms of environmental rehabilitation in tropical regions, inspiring further research to explore this collection for hypothesis testing.
