Dataset "3DP_CONCRETE_BEAMS_SERIES_1" presents the results of experimental research conducted on concrete beams subjected to three-point bending, manufactured using an additive 3D printing method. The specimens were printed with a single-layer dimension of 15 × 20 mm using one-component mixture Sikacrete 751 3D . The beams had dimensions Leff × D × t: 120 × 40 × 40 mm (Leff — distance between supports, D — effective depth, t — thickness) and three different layer orientations: v.u., w.u., and u.w. During testing, the beams were gradually loaded at the top edge under displacement control, while the deflection was measured at the bottom edge at mid-span.
The results for each beam are stored in three columns: (1) time [s], (2) load [N], and (3) deflection [mm]. The first row contains the specimen number, while the second and third rows describe the measured parameters and their units. The dataset is split into three files: "S1_VU", "S1_WU", and "S1_UW", including results for beams with v.u., w.u., and u.w. layer orientation, respectively. Each file contains two worksheets with results for dry and wet specimens. The worksheets are labeled according to the following scheme: S1_U.W and S1_U.W_M refer to dry and wet specimen, respectively.
Datasets "3DP_CONCRETE_BEAMS_SERIES_1", "3DP_CONCRETE_BEAMS_SERIES_2", and "3DP_CONCRETE_BEAMS_SERIES_3" were developed within the same research project (MINIATURA-7, 2023/07/X/ST8/01392) and include results for beams with different geometries.
