River basins delimited by the District of the Eastern Alps preparatory to the drafting of the Management Plan (EC/2000/60) and the Flood Risk Management Plan (EC/2007/60)以东部阿尔卑斯山区行政区（District of the Eastern Alps）为界划定的流域，用于为编制《管理计划（EC/2000/60）》与《洪水风险管理计划（EC/2007/60）》开展前期筹备工作。
