Whole transcriptome sequencing reads of Microspio moorei

The transcriptome assembly of the Antarctic spionid polychaete Microspio moreii was assembled and compared to other Polychaetes in different environments from Illumina paired reads with one technical replicate. hsp, sod and cat proteins were structurally predicted and compared between these polychaetes.
