Genome sequencing of Drosophila melanogaster cell lines

Whole-genome sequencing using Illumina short reads was applied to multiple Drosophila melanogaster cell lines. This data was used for calling non-reference transposable element (TE) insertions, profiling the B-allele frequency of single nucleotide variants (SNVs), and analyzing the copy number variation profiles across these genomes.
