Penetration rate of mobile dating apps in Vietnam 2020, by age group

According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in September 2020, 49 percent of respondents in Vietnam between 25 and 34 years stated that they had used mobile dating apps. The same survey found that the leading reason for using mobile dating apps among those who used one was that the app enabled them to meet with people they would otherwise never have crossed paths with.

根据Rakuten Insight于2020年9月进行的移动交友应用调查，越南25至34岁年龄段的受访者中有49%表示他们曾使用移动交友应用。同一调查发现，在已使用移动交友应用的人群中，其主要使用理由是应用使得他们得以遇见那些他们原本不可能相遇之人。
