Second part of Stroud Water Research Center’s (SWRC) development modelling project for Open Space Institute's (OSI) Land Protection Impact Assessment (LPIA). This is a refined parcel layer from the first round of data analysis used for analysis of the mentioned watershed's Model My Watershed's (MMW) Multi-Year Model. Refinement is due to the original parcel shape not fitting within the analyzed watershed properly.本数据集为斯特劳德水研究中心（Stroud Water Research Center, SWRC）承接开放空间研究所（Open Space Institute, OSI）土地保护影响评估（Land Protection Impact Assessment, LPIA）项目所开发建模工作的第二部分内容。该数据集为首轮数据分析所生成的精炼地块图层，用于前述流域的“我的流域模型（Model My Watershed, MMW）”多年度模型分析。本次精炼的缘由为原始地块形状无法与待分析流域实现精准适配。
