Pubertal timing and chronotype diverge genetically amid broad hypothalamic similarity
收藏资源简介:
Code, derived source data and provenance materials for the manuscript "Pubertal timing and chronotype diverge genetically amid broad hypothalamic similarity." The archive contains scripts and machine-readable outputs for LD score regression, LAVA local genetic correlation, CELLECT-MAGMA hypothalamic cell-type enrichment, colocalization and secondary Mendelian-randomization analyses. It includes per-figure source data, all 971 LAVA tests, all 15 PC1-residual trait pairs, AAM and chronotype within-trait ranks, the five significant AAM-chronotype blocks, and a data-lock table with dataset accessions and checksums. Raw GWAS summary statistics, the HYPOMAP single-nucleus atlas and LD-reference files are not redistributed and must be obtained from their original providers. PC1-residual correlations are descriptive because the component was estimated from six trait profiles; LAVA boundary estimates are explicitly flagged.
