资源简介:
The objectives of this study were to analyze the spatial variability of hydro-physical properties in peat soils and to develop pedotransfer functions (PTFs) for estimating peat hydraulic properties using readily available soil parameters. The data set includes measurements from three study sites representing different peat degradation states (natural, degraded, and extremely degraded), where 72 undisturbed soil cores were collected from 5 m by 5 m grid cells within a 35 m by 40 m area at each site. Key parameters, such as saturated hydraulic conductivity, soil water retention curves (van Genuchten model parameters), total porosity, macroporosity, bulk density, and soil organic matter content, were determined. This dataset supports the findings of the publication: Wang, M., Liu, H., Lennartz, B., 2021. Small-scale spatial variability of hydro-physical properties of natural and degraded peat soils. Geoderma 399, 115123. And this study was conducted within the framework of the Research Training Group “Baltic TRANSCOAST” funded by the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft) under grant number GRK2000.
