RNA-Sequencing to determine transcriptome changes in MCF7 cells after treatment with NONO ligands and controls. NONO knockout (sgNONO) or control (sgControl) cells were treated. Overall design: sgControl or sgNONO MCF7 cells were treated in biological triplicate with DMSO (0.1%) or (R, R)-GL-373 (20µM) or (S, S)-GL-373 or (R)-SKBG-1(5µM) or (S)-SKBG-1(5µM) for 6 hours
