Abstract: The performance combines various theatrical acts, live music, and song elements, creating a menu-like sequence. The texts, by Valère Novarina, Pierre Dac, Alphonse Allais, and Roland Topor, are complemented by music composed by Henri Salvador and Nino Ferrer, among others. Throughout the performance, ensemble members cook a meal backstage, which is later served to the audience.
