Fusarium graminearum strain:Fg1312 Raw sequence reads

Here we drew different Fusarium graminearum gene expression profiles in the process of infecting susceptible wheat cultivar(Fielder) and resistant wheat cultivar(Sumai3), and analyzed the potential functions of these genes, which provided insights into the study of the interaction between FHB and susceptible/resistant wheat cultivars, which is helpful to the control of wheat FHB.
