The extracts from Momordica charantia have been proved effects on hypoglycaemic and treatment of diabetes and have effect on insulin signalling pathways. The purpose of our study is to explore extracts of M. charantia. compounds of T1, T2, T3 effect on insulin resistance FL83B cell treated with dexamethasone.The 7 samples of N, M, MINS, MT1, MT2, MT3 and MP were tested ,namely, N (normal control). M(model) was treated with dexamethasone (0.25 uM) for 24h, then 5 μg/mL insulin ,2.5 μg/mL T1, T2, T3 and 50μg/mL for 24h. the compounds of T1, T2, T3 have obvious hypoglycaemic, while T2 was most obvious effect.
